
What is ExpenseBadger?
Simplify tax season or just stay on top of your accounting by using ExpenseBadger to automatically extract billing information from your electronic or digitized invoice PDF. Information extracted can be the supplier, invoice number, sums, dates and many more. Data is compiled into a simple spreadsheet for you to process further.
The tool will also rename the files based on your chosen pattern of data elements, so you can more easily identify the files on your hard disk when you need to reference them. Based on a state-of-the-art invoicing classifier, AI extraction works on most invoice types (even handwritten notes as long as the handwriting is recognizable).
Free for single files and approximately 10 cents per file for batches of files.
